Agreement

By signing up for the GlobalWin Africa Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice.

Prohibited Activities

• No spam, misleading advertisements, or false claims.
• No bidding on GlobalWin Africa brand keywords in paid ads.
• No unauthorized use of GlobalWin Africa trademarks or branding.
• No illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing strategies.

Self-Referral & Fraud Prevention

Affiliates may not earn commissions from their own purchases. Any fraudulent activity will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

Cookie Duration

The tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. If a user makes a purchase within this period after clicking your link, you will earn a commission.

Commission Reversals

Commissions may be reversed in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or order cancellations.

Termination Policy

GlobalWin Africa reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if:

• There is a violation of any of the terms.
• The affiliate is inactive for more than 6 months.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.

Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

Governing Law

This agreement is intended to be fair and transparent. In case of any disputes, GlobalWin Africa will seek to resolve matters amicably with affiliates. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration.

General Disclaimers

Participation in the GlobalWin Africa Affiliate Program is at the affiliate’s own risk. GlobalWin Africa makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings, and commissions are subject to sales performance and compliance with these terms.

While we strive to provide accurate information, GlobalWin Africa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
